We send conversational support messages in reply to customers who text our support line with questions about their devices, orders, and troubleshooting. These are customer-care messages only — not marketing or promotional messages. A reply may occasionally include a helpful link, such as a help article or order-tracking page.

You opt in by texting our support number, +1 (541) 604-2072, first. By sending us a text message, you consent to receive text-message replies from our support team at the mobile number you used. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
